United Services Automobile Association; USAA Casualty Insurance Company; Homeowners Rate Revision

 On February 15, 2012, the Insurance Department (Department) received from United Services Automobile Association and USAA Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate level revision for Homeowners insurance.

 United Services Automobile Association requests an overall 14.6% increase amounting to $5,478,000 annually, to be effective August 15, 2012.

 USAA Casualty Insurance Company requests an overall 15.5% increase amounting to $4,437,000 annually, to be effective August 15, 2012.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 15, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on ''PA Bulletin.''

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Xiaofeng Lu, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, xlu@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
