[Saturday, March 23, 2013]On November 29, 2012, Benjamin Silber, notary public of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, had his commission revoked. The action was based on findings that Benjamin Silber submitted to the Department of State a notary public application which contained a material misstatement or omission of fact and by doing so is not of good character and integrity in violation of The Notary Public Law (57 P. S. §§ 147—169).
