 On November 29, 2012, Benjamin Silber, notary public of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, had his commission revoked. The action was based on findings that Benjamin Silber submitted to the Department of State a notary public application which contained a material misstatement or omission of fact and by doing so is not of good character and integrity in violation of The Notary Public Law (57 P. S. §§ 147—169).

 Individuals may obtain a copy of order by writing to Martha H. Brown, Assistant Counsel, Department of State, Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation, 301 North Office Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
