[Saturday, April 13, 2013]On February 4, 2013, the State Board of Pharmacy suspended for no less than 3 years retroactive to December 28, 2011, the license of Nathan Tirpak, R.Ph., license no. RP-041861-L, of Monessen, Westmoreland County for failure to comply with the terms of previous probation.
