 The Department of General Services (Department) will accept bids for the purchase of the former Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute that consists of 13.867 acres of land and a building, which is located at 3200 Henry Avenue in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Bids are due Wednesday, October 23, 2013.
