[Saturday, June 8, 2013]Notice is hereby given that Scott Browning Gilly having been suspended from the practice of law in the Southern District of New York for a period of 1 year by Opinion and Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered February 5, 2013, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on May 20, 2013, suspending Scott Browning Gilly from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 1 year, to take effect on June 19, 2013. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
