DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

 The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell the following property owned by the Department.

 The following is the location of the property available for sale by the Department:

 LR 67045 Sec. 01B Parcel # 381 Philadelphia Township, Philadelphia County. The parcel contains approximately 11,521 square feet, located at 1001—1005 Vine Street at the corner of 10th and Vine Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

 The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $772,000. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

 Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing this parcel within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice by calling Mary C. Lambright at (610) 205-6507 or writing to the Department of Transportation, Engineering District 0-6, Lester C. Toaso, District Executive, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525.
