[Saturday, August 10, 2013]A hearing has been schedule, as authorized by 24 Pa.C.S. Part IV (relating to Public School Employees' Retirement Code), in connection with the Public School Employee's Retirement System's (System) denial of Claimant's request concerning the indicated account.
The hearing will be held before a hearing officer at the Public School Employees' Retirement System, 5 North Fifth Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101:

Code § 201.1 (relating to applicability of general rules), procedural matter will be in conformance with 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) unless specific exemption is granted.
