 Louis Casagrande, et al. have appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of an NPDES permit to First Industrial Acquisition, Inc., for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities in Covington Township, Lackawanna County.

 A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.

 The appeal is filed with the Environmental Hearing Board (Board) at its office on the Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P. O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457, and may be reviewed by any interested party on request during normal business hours. If information concerning this notice is required in an alternative form, contact the Secretary to the Board at (717) 787-3483.  Petitions to intervene in the appeal may be filed with the Board by interested parties under 25 Pa. Code § 1021.81 (relating to intervention). Copies of the Board's rules of practice and procedure are available upon request from the Board.
