 The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

York County, Wine & Spirits Store #TBD (New Store), Dillsburg, PA

 Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 5,000 to 6,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within the Borough of Dillsburg in the vicinity of the junction with Routes 15 and 74 in Dillsburg, PA.

 Proposals due: October 4, 2013, at 12 p.m.
