Doc. No. P-2013-2343560; PMO III—Performance Metrics and Remedies Force Majeure Waiver (F0019),
Doc. No. M-000114681On January 14, 2013, Verizon Pennsylvania filed the previously referenced petition with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) and electronically served it on members of the PA Carrier Working Group (PA CWG). Verizon reviewed the petition with the PA CWG at its regularly scheduled telephonic public meeting on February 5, 2013. The Verizon Pennsylvania overview at the PA CWG meeting explained its request for waiver of the service quality metric ''OR-1-04-3331 % On time LSRC/ASRC—No Facility Check (Electronic—No Flow-Through)—UNE-Loop/Pre-qualified Complex LNP'' owing to the effects of Hurricane Sandy in late October/early November of 2012. No participants on the February 5, 2013, PA CWG telephonic meeting objected to the granting of the requested waiver. Nevertheless, the Commission will provide the opportunity for comment and reply on the Petition prior to issuing a determination.
Parties may submit comments on the Verizon Pennsylvania Petition within 20 days, and reply comments within 35 days, of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
Consistent with PA CWG procedures at Doc. No. M-00011468, comments filed with the Secretary must reference Doc. Nos. P-2012-2343560 and M-00011468. Commentators must also serve the members of the PA CWG with electronic copies on or before the due dates.
