 OOGM 14-3R, Cleaning Out and Plugging One Abandoned Gas Well (Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dewing Property), Orwell Township, Bradford County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities are to clean out and plug one abandoned gas well, estimated to be 4,420 feet in depth, to Department of Environmental Protection specifications; to prepare and restore well sites/site; and to mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. This project issues on August 15, 2014, and bids will be opened on September 16, 2014, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received.
