FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION

Alcohol Prohibition

[Saturday, November 29, 2014]

 The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.4(c) (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), has prohibited the use and possession of beer and alcoholic beverages on the following Commission-controlled properties: Chambers Lake, Chester County; Meadow Grounds Lake, Fulton County; Hoovers Island, Snyder County; and Great Bend Access, Susquehanna County. The Executive Director deems this prohibition to be appropriate for the protection and management of Commission property. The prohibition is effective on January 1, 2015, when posted at the site. It is unlawful to violate restrictions imposed by the Executive Director on the Commission's behalf under 58 Pa. Code § 53.4(c).
