[Saturday, February 22, 2014]Notice is hereby given that Stuart Lawrence Leeds having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Texas for a period of six months by an Order Revoking Probation of the County Court of El Paso County, Texas, dated May 14, 2013, effective immediately; and having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Texas for a period of five months beginning August 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2013, by an Agreed Judgment of Active Suspension dated August 21, 2013 and approved by the District 17 Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas, and upon the consideration of the Joint Petition for Reciprocal Discipline, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated February 4, 2014 suspending Stuart Lawrence Leeds from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period commencing July 24, 2013, and ending March 12, 2014. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
