[Saturday, March 7, 2015]OSM 11(0829)102.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Emeigh, Susquehanna Township, Cambria County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization, implementation of the erosion and sedimentation control plan, drilling 10" diameter hole 20 linear feet, drilling 7 7/8" diameter hole 33 linear feet, reaming to 8" diameter hole 28 linear feet, 10" steel casing pipe 22 linear feet, 8" steel or PVC casing pipe 22 linear feet, AASHTO No. 3 coarse aggregate 435 tons, sealing borehole 1 each, rockfill 83 tons, AASHTO No. 1 coarse aggregate 14 tons and seeding 2,000 square yards. This bid issues on March 6, 2015, and bids will be opened on March 31, 2015, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal government under the authority given it by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (act) (30 U.S.C.A. §§ 1201—1308) and is subject to the act and to the Federal grant for this project.
