 A prereview telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for April 23, 2015, at 10 a.m. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before April 21, 2015.

 A date for a review shall be determined, if necessary, at the prereview conference.

 If an attorney or representative for a party attending the telephone conference does not have complete settlement authority relative to this matter, the party or persons with full settlement authority shall be available by telephone during the conference.

 At the prereview telephone conference, the parties shall be prepared to discuss settlement, stipulations, witnesses and the documents anticipated for use at the review, estimated time for the review, special evidentiary or legal issues and other matters relevant to the orderly, efficient and just resolution of this matter.

 Prereview memoranda or other written submissions are not required for the prereview conference; however, the parties are encouraged to discuss settlement and possible stipulations pending the conference.

 The Presiding Officer will consider a written request for continuance of the scheduled prereview telephone conference, for good cause only. Prior to requesting a continuance, a party must contact the opposing party. Continuance requests must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.
