Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 Instant Lottery Game

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania King of Cash '15.

 2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 instant lottery game ticket is $5.

 3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 instant lottery game ticket will contain one play area featuring 15 play symbols and their captions. The play symbols and their captions located in the play area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SVNTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN), 20 (TWENT), 21 (TWYONE), 22 (TWYTWO), 23 (TWYTHR), 24 (TWYFOR), 25 (TWYFIV), 26 (TWYSIX), 27 (TWYSVN), 28 (TWYEGT), 29 (TWYNIN), 30 (THIRTY), Cash (CASH) symbol, Crown (CRWN) symbol and a King (KING) symbol.

 4. Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the play area are: $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $15.00 (FIFTN), $25.00 (TWY FIV), $30.00 (THIRTY), $50.00 (FIFTY), $75.00 (SVY FIV), $100 (ONE HUN), $300 (THR HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO) and $100,000 (ONEHUNTHO).

 5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $5, $10, $15, $25, $30, $50, $75, $100, $300, $1,000 and $100,000. The player can win up to 15 times on the ticket.

 6. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 11,400,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 instant lottery game.

 7. Determination of Prize Winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $100,000 (ONEHUNTHO) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets with a King (KING) symbol in the play area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100,000.

 (c) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

 (d) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $300 (THR HUN) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (e) Holders of tickets with a Crown (CRWN) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $25.00 (TWY FIV) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in four of the ''prize'' areas, and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) appears in one of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $300.

 (f) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (g) Holders of tickets with a Crown (CRWN) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in five of the ''prize'' areas and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in ten of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (h) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $75.00 (SVY FIV) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $75.

 (i) Holders of tickets with a Crown (CRWN) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in all 15 of the ''prize'' areas, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $75.

 (j) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $50.00 (FIFTY) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

 (k) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $30.00 (THIRTY) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $30.

 (l) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $25.00 (TWY FIV) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $25.

 (m) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $15.00 (FIFTN) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.

 (n) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (o) Holders of tickets with a Cash (CASH) symbol in the play area and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) in the ''prize'' area under that Cash (CASH) symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 8. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 9. Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 instant lottery game tickets.

 10. Retailer Bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which he qualifies on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 11. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania King of Cash '15, prize money from winning Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 12. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 13. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania King of Cash '15 or through normal communications methods.
