 OSM 63(3804)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Monongahela South No. 2, Carroll Township, Washington County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization, preparation and implementation of the erosion and sediment, pollution control plan, retaining wall timers 226, AASHTO No. 57 coarse aggregate 210 tons, fencing 135 linear feet and seeding. This bid issues on March 4, 2016, and bids will be opened on April 5, 2016, at 2 p.m. Bid documents, including drawings in PDF format and Auto-Cad Map 3D 2009 format, may be downloaded for free from the Department of Environmental Protection's web site at www.dep.pa.gov/ConstructionContracts. Bid documents and drawings can also be obtained upon payment of $22, plus $8 for postage, which includes sales tax by calling (717) 787-7820. Auto-Cad Map 3D 2009 format drawings can also be purchased on a CD for an additional $5 per CD. Money will not be refunded. This project is financed by the Federal government under the authority given it by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (act) (30 U.S.C.A. §§ 1201—1308) and is subject to the act and to the Federal grant for this project.
