 On December 18, 2015, the State Board of Pharmacy issued a final order indefinitely suspending the license of Jude B. Pembleton, RPh, Pennsylvania license no. RP441824, last known of Englewood, CO, based upon findings she procured or attempted to procure for herself a drug by fraud, deceit, misrepresentation or subterfuge by stealing drugs from the pharmacy where she was employed.
