Documentary Preparation Fees

 In accordance with section 27.1 of the Board of Vehicles Act (act) (63 P. S. § 818.27a), the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) provides notice that a dealer may not charge the purchaser of a vehicle a documentary preparation fee under section 27.1(c) and (d) of the act that exceeds the limits set forth as follows. Persons may review this table at the Board's web site at www.dos.pa.gov/vehicle.
