 OSM 04(6279)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Miskita Lake Far SW, South Beaver Township, Beaver County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include subsurface drains with cleanouts 800 linear feet, grading 502,000 cubic yards, wetland seed mix 19.5 pounds, channel excavation 1,925 cubic yards, rock lining 1,487 square yards, seeding 43.2 acres and tree planting 3,540 trees.

 This bid issues on September 2, 2016, and bids will be opened on September 29, 2016, at 2 p.m. Bid documents, including drawings in PDF format and Auto-Cad Map 3D format, may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department of Environmental Protection at www.dep.pa.gov/ConstructionContracts. Bid documents and drawings can also be obtained upon payment of $22, plus $8 for postage, which includes sales tax, by calling (717) 787-7820. Auto-Cad Map 3D format drawings can also be purchased on a compact disc (CD) for an additional $5 per CD. Money will not be refunded. This project is financed by the Federal government under the authority given it by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (act) (30 U.S.C.A. §§ 1201—1328) and is subject to the act and to the Federal grant for this project.
