 On May 5, 2016, Nina Michelle Newton, LPN, license No. PN270160, last known of Ardmore, Delaware and Montgomery Counties, was issued a notice and order of automatic suspension based on her misdemeanor conviction under The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (35 P.S. §§ 780-101—780-144).

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the automatic suspension by writing to Bridget K. Guilfoyle, Board Counsel, State Board of Nursing, P.O. Box 69523, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9523.
