Order

 And Now, this 19th day of September, 2016, upon consideration and review of the Petition to Increase Fees, pursuant to 42 P.S. 21101, et seq., the Sheriff's Fee Act, it is Ordered and Decreed That said Petition is Granted.

 It is further Ordered that The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department is ordered to increase the fees as per the following Fee Schedule, marked as Exhibit ''A.''

 The approved fee schedule shall be published on the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department website and in the Montgomery County law reporter stating the approved Fee Schedule shall take effect on November 1, 2016.
