 And Now, this 30th day of September 2016, It Is Hereby Ordered that the current Westmoreland County Rules of Civil Procedure are amended as follows:

• Rule W1915.4-4: Renumbered as New Rule 1940.1
• Rule W1915.17: Renumbered as New Rule 1915.4-4
• Rule W1915.19: Renumbered as New Rule 1915.17
• Rule W1940.1: Current Rule is rescinded.
