 A-2016-2577819 and A-2016-2577841. Communications Sales and Leasing, Inc., PEG Bandwidth PA, LLC and Talk America Services, LLC. Joint application of Communications Sales and Leasing, Inc., PEG Bandwidth PA, LLC and Talk America Services, LLC for approval of a pro forma change in indirect ownership.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before January 3, 2017. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address.
