Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program Advisory Council Public Meeting

[Saturday, March 11, 2017]The Statewide Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP) Advisory Council, established by the Department of Health (Department) to aid in the carrying out of its Federal grant responsibilities under section 2616 of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. § 300ff-26), will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 27, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg, 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
The SPBP Advisory Council will provide program guidance and recommendations to the SPBP in regard to the following: drug formulary; covered lab services; drug utilization review; clinical programs; eligibility; and SPBP management.
