 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-17-001, Dated February 3, 2017. Authorizes the side letter of agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Service Employees International Union, Healthcare Pennsylvania. The side letter authorizes implementation of certain articles in advance of a formal signing of the Agreement.

 Resolution No. CB-17-002, Dated February 3, 2017. Authorizes the side letter of agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Federation of State Cultural and Educational Professionals (FOSCEP). The side letter authorizes implementation of certain articles in advance of a formal signing of the Agreement.

 Resolution No. CB-17-003, Dated February 3, 2017. Authorizes the side letter of agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Federation of State Cultural and Educational Professionals (FOSCEP). The side letter authorizes implementation of certain recommendations in advance of a formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding.

 Resolution No. CB-17-004, Dated February 22, 2017. Authorizes the side letter with AFSCME for the 2016—2019 Master Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding. The side letter authorizes the implementation of certain articles and provisions of the 2016—2019 AFSCME Master Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding effective July 1, 2016.

 Resolution No. CB-17-005, Dated February 22, 2017. Authorizes the interest arbitration award between the Commonwealth and the PSRA on January 25, 2017, covering the period July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2019.
