[Saturday, April 15, 2017]The Pennsylvania Interest on Lawyers Trust Account Board (IOLTA Board) of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is publishing notice of the extension of the comment period that began on Saturday, February 25, 2017 for the proposed amendments to Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15 addressing the disposition of unclaimed or unidentified funds in Pennsylvania IOLTA trust accounts. The initial notice was published at 47 Pa.B. 1122.
