Request for Applications

 The Department of Community and Economic Development (Department) announces a request for applications to provide those interested in submitting proposals (application) for the subject procurement sufficient information to prepare and submit applications for the Department's consideration on behalf of the Commonwealth to select a service provider in Mifflin County and Juniata County for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program. The Department will post the announcement on its web site at http://dced.pa.gov. The CSBG is a Federal anti-poverty block grant that funds the operations of a state- administered network of local agencies. The CSBG provides core funding to local agencies to reduce poverty, revitalize low income communities and to empower low income families to become self-sufficient.
