[47 Pa.B. 6124]
[Saturday, September 30, 2017]Effective September 29, 2017, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) will no longer accept applications for grant assistance for municipal solid waste planning and household hazardous waste education under section 901 the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act (53 P.S. § 4000.901).
To be considered for an award, all section 901 grant applications must be received by the Department no later than September 29, 2017.
