Appointment of the Secretary of Banking and Securities

 Under section 416 of the act of June 12, 2017 (P.L. 11, No. 5) the Secretary of Banking and Securities (Secretary) will be appointed to the Board of the Public SchoolEmployees' Retirement System. As of June 12, 2017, the Secretary is replacing the position previously held by James Biery, whose term expired on December 12, 2015.
