 On August 2, 2016, Nicole Marie Inks, LPN, license No. PN280948, last known of Derry, Westmoreland County, was issued a notice and order of automatic suspension based on her misdemeanor conviction under The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (35 P.S. §§ 780-101—780-144).
