[Saturday, December 16, 2017]Food & Water Watch has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of an NPDES Permit No. PA0266345 to Keystone Protein Company for the Keystone Protein Fredericksburg facility located in Bethel Township, Lebanon County.
A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.
The appeal is filed with the Environmental Hearing Board (Board) at its office on the Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P.O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457, and may be reviewed by any interested party on request during normal business hours.
