 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-18-002, Dated March 7, 2018. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth and the Association of Liquor Enforcement Supervisors Meet and Discuss Unit (KS). The MOU provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2019.

 Resolution No. CB-18-003, Dated March 12, 2018. Authorizes the International Union, United Government Security Officers of America, Local 304 bargaining unit (R1) Collective Bargaining Agreement (9/1/17—8/31/20). The CBA provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2020.

 Resolution No. CB-18-004, Dated March 12, 2018. Authorizes the International Union, United Government Security Officers of America, Local 304 meet-and-discuss unit (R2) Memorandum of Understanding (9/1/17— 8/31/20). The MOU provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2020.

 Resolution No. OH-18-001, Dated March 14, 2018. The Executive Board Resolution changes the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The reason for the change is to keep the building hours consistent with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) to reduce the utility cost. In addition, shortening the day by 30 minutes will help alleviate employee coverage concerns.
