Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed in the event that there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by June 4, 2018. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

 A-2018-3001088. Med Swift Transportation Services, LLC (444 South 49th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19143) in paratransit service, from points in the City of Philadelphia, to points in Delaware County, and return.

 A-2018-3001454. Riding on Family Love, LLC (11 South Madison Avenue, Upper Darby, Delaware County, PA 19082) persons in paratransit service from points in the City and County of Philadelphia to correctional facilities in Pennsylvania, and return.

 A-2018-3001580. The Lab Tranz, LLC (6078 Boardwalk Drive, Tobyhanna, Monroe County, PA 18466) persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Monroe County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Applications of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under each application.

 A-2018-3000919. Yourway Taxi and Limo, Inc. (6681 Snowdrift Road, Allentown, PA 18106) persons in limousine service, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-2013-2346866 to Yourway Transport, Inc., subject to the same rights and limitations.

 A-2018-3000928. Yourway Taxi and Limo, Inc. (6681 Snowdrift Road, Allentown, PA 18106) persons in airport transfer service, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-2013-2346854 to Yourway Transport, Inc., subject to the same rights and limitations.

 A-2018-3000933. Yourway Taxi and Limo, Inc. (6681 Snowdrift Road, Allentown, PA 18106) persons upon call or demand, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-2012-2300845 to Yourway Transport, Inc., subject to the same rights and limitations.

Applications of the following for amendment to the certificate of public convenience approving the operation of motor vehicles as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

 A-2018-3000265. ASAP Management, Inc. (P.O. Box 14375, Philadelphia, PA 19115) in paratransit service, limited to persons in wheelchairs whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Bucks County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

 A-2018-3001513. Frank Martz Coach Company (239 Old River Road, Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, PA 18702) persons on schedule, for an additional stop in Allentown, Lehigh County, on the existing route from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to Philadelphia by means of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

 A-2018-3001615. All American Amish Van and Transport Service, LLC (2373 Middlegreen Court, Lancaster, Lancaster County, PA 17601) persons in paratransit service from points in Lancaster County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
