 Under 58 Pa. Code § 53.12a(a)(1) (relating to access areas and marinas), the Fish and Boat Commission has increased the fee for seasonal slips at the Walnut Creek Marina, Erie County. The seasonal mooring slip fee for boats 23 feet in length and less is increased to $775 effective December 1, 2018, and $800 effective December 1, 2019. The seasonal mooring slip fee for boats greater than 23 feet in length is increased to $1,050 effective December 1, 2018, and $1,100 effective December 1, 2019.
