Proclamation; House Bill No. 2138, Printer's No. 3328 I, Tom Wolf, Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have caused this Proclamation to issue and, in compliance with the provisions of Section 15 of Article IV of the Constitution of Pennsylvania, do hereby give notice that I have filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, with my objections thereto, the following bill passed by both houses of the General Assembly at the Regular Session of 2018:
House Bill No. 2138 Printer's No. 3328, entitled ''Amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), entitled 'An act to consolidate, editorially revise, and codify the public welfare laws of the Commonwealth,' in public assistance, providing for work requirements.''
Given under my hand and the Great Seal of the Commonwealth, at the City of Harrisburg, this twenty-fourth day of October, in the year of our Lord two thousand and eighteen, and of the Commonwealth the two hundred and forty-third.
