Establishing Uniform Costs for the Retail Theft Class Administered by the Adult Probation/Parole Office; No. AD-10-2018

Order And Now, this 20th day of December, 2018, the following Administrative Order establishing uniform costs in criminal cases for certain services rendered by the Adult Probation/Parole Office of Lehigh County is promulgated and is effective for all such services rendered in any criminal case thirty (30) days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
It Is Further Ordered that the District Court Administrator for the 31st Judicial District is directed to:
1. File the original with the Clerk of Judicial Records.
2. File one (1) certified copy of this order with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts.
3. File two (2) certified copies and one electronic version with the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
4. Forward one (1) copy for publication in the Lehigh County Law Journal.
RETAIL THEFT CLASS Every person who attends the Retail Theft class administered by the Lehigh County Adult Probation and Parole Department shall pay a fee of $25.00 for such program in addition to any other applicable costs of prosecution, fines, restitution and other costs.
