Exemption from Requirements

 A study to determine if the State Correctional Institution (SCI)—Waymart (Department of Corrections) located in Wayne County should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The results of this study may result in the conversion of SCI—Waymart's coal fired heating system to a fuel other than coal.
