 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

 Resolution No. CB-19-007, Dated June 27, 2019. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the PSSU Local 668 of SEIU. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023.

 Resolution No. CB-19-008, Dated June 28, 2019. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the PSSU Local 668 SEIU. The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023.
