Transfer of Customers; Abandon Certificate of Public Convenience

[Saturday, November 16, 2019]A-2019-3014015. David and Diane Miller Water Company. Application of the David and Diane Miller Water Company for approval to: 1) transfer its water customers to the Petroleum Valley Regional Water Authority; and 2) abandon its Certificate of Public Convenience.
Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before December 2, 2019. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address.
