Regulation No. 16A-62 (# 3249)On January 16, 2020, the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (Commission) received this regulation from the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (Bureau). This rulemaking amends 49 Pa. Code Chapter 43b. Notice of proposed rulemaking was omitted for this regulation; it will become effective upon publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
This final-omitted rulemaking corrects statutory and regulatory authority in the schedules of civil penalties for the State Board of Auctioneer Examiners, the State Board of Barber Examiners, the State Board of Dentistry, the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons, the State Real Estate Commission, and the State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
