Declaratory Order

[Saturday, March 21, 2020]P-2020-3018926. MedCom Professional Services, Inc. Petition of MedCom Professional Services, Inc., d/b/a Keystone Answering Service (Keystone), for a declaratory order that the services provided by Keystone are not considered public utility service by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) and that Keystone is not regulated as a public utility under the Public Utility Code (66 Pa.C.S. §§ 101—3316 (relating to public utilities)).
Answers and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before March 31, 2020. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the petitioner. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the petitioner's business address.
