[Saturday, June 20, 2020]P-2020-3019907. UGI Utilities, Inc. Petition of UGI Utilities, Inc. electric division for approval of default service plan for the period June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2025.
Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 10, 2020. Filings must be made electronically through efiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided to Administrative Law Judge Dennis Buckley at debuckley@pa.gov. Individuals can sign up for free efiling with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) through the Commission's efiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx.

Prehearing Conference An initial prehearing conference on the previously-captioned case will be held as follows:

Individuals must e-mail the Presiding Officer with a copy of any document they file in this case.
Individuals representing themselves are not required to be represented by an attorney. All others (corporation, partnership, association, trust or governmental agency or subdivision) must be represented by an attorney. The representing attorney should file a Notice of Appearance before the scheduled hearing date.
Individuals who require an interpreter to participate in the hearings, the Commission will make every reasonable effort to have an interpreter present.
