Technical Advisory Committee on Diesel Powered Equipment; Conference Call

 In accordance with Governor Tom Wolf's emergency disaster declaration and based on advice from the Department of Health regarding the mitigation of the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Technical Advisory Committee on Diesel Powered Equipment (Committee) meeting scheduled at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, will be held as a conference call only. Individuals wishing to join the call may do so. Information will be provided on the Committee's webpage. Individuals interested in providing public comments during the meeting must sign up prior to the start of the meeting by contacting Margaret Scheloske at mscheloske@pa.gov or (724) 404-3143.

 The agenda and meeting materials, as well as call-in information, will be available on the Committee's webpage, found through the Public Participation tab on the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) web site at www.dep.pa.gov (select ''Public Participation,'' then ''Advisory Committees,'' then ''Mining Advisory Committees'' then ''Technical Advisory Committee on Diesel Powered Equipment,'' then ''2020'').

 Individuals are encouraged to visit the Committee's webpage to confirm meeting date, time and location prior to each meeting. Questions concerning the July 8, 2020, meeting can be directed to Margaret Scheloske at mscheloske@pa.gov or (724) 404-3143.
