Automatic Suspension of the License to Practice as a Practical Nurse of Melinda S. Paul, LPN; Case No. 18-51-008743

 On December 18, 2019, Melinda S. Paul, LPN, license No. PN256879l, last known of Sharon, Mercer County and Masury, OH, was automatically suspended, effective May 31, 2019, based on her misdemeanor conviction under The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (35 P.S. §§ 780-101—780-144).

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the order at www.pals.pa.gov.

 This final order represents the State Board of Nursing (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
