STATE ETHICS COMMISSION
Public Meeting

[Saturday, September 19, 2020]Under 65 Pa.C.S. §§ 1101—1113 (relating to Public Official and Employee Ethics Act) (act) the State Ethics Commission (Commission) is required to hold at least two public hearings each year to seek input from persons and organizations who represent any individual subject to the provisions of the act and from other interested parties.
The Commission will conduct a public meeting in Room 307, Finance Building, Harrisburg, PA on September 23, 2020, beginning at 9 a.m. for purposes of receiving the input and for the conduct of other agency business. Public officials, public employees, organizations and members of the general public may attend. As the Finance Building is closed to the public due to mitigation of the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and seating is limited to allow for social distancing, the individuals who wish to offer comments are requested to contact the Executive Director Robert Caruso by Friday, September 18, 2020. The meeting will be live streamed through YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/PaEthicsComm.
