Statutory Cost of Living Increases for Salaries of State Officials and the Heads of Departments, Boards and Commissions for 2021

 Under section 3(e)(2) of the Public Official Compensation Law (act) (65 P.S. § 366.3(e)(2)), the annual salaries of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor, the State Treasurer, the Auditor General, the Attorney General, and the heads of the departments and members of boards and commissions covered under section 3 of the act may not be increased by an annual cost-of-living adjustment under section 3(e)(1) of the act for the annual period January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. For the period January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021, the officials covered under section 3 of the act will be paid annual salaries in the amounts set forth in the notice published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin at 49 Pa.B. 7379 (December 14, 2019).
