 An error occurred in the Annex under section 303.10(h) published at 49 Pa.B. 5110 (September 7, 2019). The title of Pa.C.S. Chapters 25, 27, 29, 30, 31, or 49 was inadvertently omitted. The Annex is corrected as follows. The remainder of the Annex was accurate as published.

§ 303.10. Guideline sentence recommendations: enhancements.

 (h) Domestic Violence Enhancement. When the court determines that the offender committed an offense under 18 Pa.C.S. Chapters 25, 27, 29, 30, 31, or 49 against a family or household member as defined in 23 Pa.C.S. § 6102, the court shall instead consider the sentence recommendation in § 303.9(o).
