Pennsylvania 2 for $1 Instant Lottery Game 1519

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

 1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania 2 for $1 (hereafter ''2 for $1''). The game number is PA-1519.

 2. Price: The price of a 2 for $1 instant lottery game ticket is $1.

 3. Play symbols: Each 2 for $1 instant lottery game ticket will contain two play areas, designated as ''GAME 1'' and ''GAME 2,'' and a ''MULTIPLIER'' area. Each ''GAME'' area will contain three ''ROWS.'' The ''ROWS'' in ''GAME 1'' are designated as ''ROW 1,'' ''ROW 2'' and ''ROW 3.'' The ''ROWS'' in ''GAME 2'' are designated as ''ROW 4,'' ''ROW 5'' and ''ROW 6.'' Each ''GAME'' is played separately. The prize play symbols and their captions, located in the two ''GAME'' areas, are: $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $4.00 (FOR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20.00 (TWENTY), $40.00 (FORTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN) and $5,000 (FIV THO). The play symbols and their captions, located in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, are: 1X (NOMULT) symbol, 2X (2TIMES) symbol, 4X (4TIMES) symbol and a 5X (5TIMES) symbol.

 4. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game, are: $1, $2, $4, $5, $10 $20, $40, $100, $500 and $5,000. 2 for $1 contains a feature that can multiply the prize won. A player can win once in each ''ROW,'' but more than one prize can be won in each ''GAME.'' For a complete list of prizes, including multiplied prizes, see section 7 (relating to number and description of prizes and approximate odds). A player can win up to six times on a ticket.

 5. Approximate number of tickets printed for the game: Approximately 8,400,000 tickets will be printed for the 2 for $1 instant lottery game.

 6. Determination of prize winners:

 (a) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $5,000 (FIV THO) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5,000.

 (b) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $500 (FIV HUN) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

 (c) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $100 (ONE HUN) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 5X (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

 (d) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $100 (ONE HUN) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (e) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 5X (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

 (f) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $40.00 (FORTY) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (g) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 2X (2TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (h) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 4X (4TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

 (i) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $20.00 (TWENTY) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (j) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 4X (4TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (k) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $4.00 (FOR DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 5X (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

 (l) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (m) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 2X (2TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (n) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 5X (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

 (o) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 4X (4TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $8.

 (p) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 (q) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 5X (5TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

 (r) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $4.00 (FOR DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

 (s) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 2X (2TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

 (t) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 4X (4TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

 (u) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (v) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 2X (2TIMES) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

 (w) Holders of tickets upon which two like prize play symbols of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appear in the same ''ROW,'' and a 1X (NOMULT) symbol appears in the ''MULTIPLIER'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

 7. Number and description of prizes and approximate odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

 Reveal a multiplier in the MULTIPIER area, multiply the prize won in any ROW and win that total amount!

 Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 8. Retailer incentive awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Program for retailers who sell 2 for $1 instant lottery game tickets.

 9. Retailer bonus: The Lottery may offer a retailer bonus in connection with the sale of Pennsylvania instant lottery game tickets. If a retailer bonus is offered, a Lottery retailer shall be eligible for a bonus as described in this section. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $100,000 and not exceeding $500,000 shall be paid a bonus of $500. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $500,001 and not exceeding $1,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $5,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket that entitles the ticket holder to a prize, either payable in a single installment or having a guaranteed minimum payout, of at least $1,000,001 and not exceeding $10,000,000 shall be paid a bonus of $10,000. A Lottery retailer is entitled only to the largest bonus for which they qualify on a winning ticket. A bonus will be initiated for payment after the instant ticket is claimed and validated. A bonus will not be awarded to a Lottery retailer that sells a non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery instant ticket used to enter a Pennsylvania Lottery second-chance drawing or promotion that is subsequently selected to win a prize.

 10. Unclaimed prize money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of 2 for $1, prize money from winning 2 for $1 instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the 2 for $1 instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

 11. Governing law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

 12. Termination of the game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote 2 for $1 or through normal communications methods.
