 A-2021-3025160 and U-2021-3025162. Pennsylvania-American Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for certificate of public convenience for approval of the right to offer, render, furnish and supply water service to the public in Middle- sex Township, Cumberland County, and filing by Pennsylvania-American Water Company under 66 Pa.C.S. § 507 (relating to contracts between public utilities and municipalities) emergency interconnection agreement between Pennsylvania-American Water Company and Middlesex Township Municipal Authority.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 10, 2021. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available only online for inspection and copying on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account—free of charge—through the Commission's web site and accepting eService.
